JRC2009 ITEM 2009

Viewing More is Doing Better

The social environment has changed dramatically in recent years, and this has had a significant impact on the medical field. Toshiba's theme for JRC 2009 is "Viewing More is Doing Better". To show medical personnel clear evidence that new "Viewing More" technologies contribute to "Doing Better" in clinical practice, valid information is provided at the booth, with many items displayed, including a workstation and clinical images. In the jointly hosted seminars, lectures will be given by distinguished physicians who have been undertaking advanced clinical studies and employing applications that incorporate cutting-edge imaging techniques.

Medical care systems are constantly improving. The importance of imaging modalities such as CT and MRI is increasing, not only for the early detection of lesions, but also for each stage of medical care, from confirmation of diagnosis, to therapy planning, image-guided therapy, and follow up care. We hope that you will come to see the new "Viewing More" technologies for yourself at the Toshiba booth. We are looking forward to seeing you at JRC2009.
